1. Outstanding Warrants
As of June 30, 2025, the Company had 1,740,992 outstanding share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”), with each Warrant exercisable into a common share of the Company, in accordance with their terms, at an exercise price of $13.00 per share and expiring April 24, 2026.
The Warrants are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “USGOW”.
